Plan the display
We discuss the look you prefer and the features that matter most—from rooflines and trees to wreaths and specialty décor.

Approve and secure the date
Your deposit secures the scheduled installation date and supports the purchase, preparation, and delivery of required materials.

Preparation and installation
Lighting is measured, prepared, and custom fitted for the approved areas. Full payment is required by the scheduled installation date.
Weather, access, and safety conditions can affect the working schedule. If a scheduling window is provided, we communicate changes as clearly as possible.05
Enjoy active-season support
Seasonal maintenance is included while your display is active during the agreed display period.

Weather-dependent takedown
After Christmas or the agreed period, service visits transition to removal. Snow, ice, wind, access, and crew safety may change timing.

Organized storage and return
Company-owned materials are organized and stored. Eligible returning displays receive a 10% discount and price lock beginning in year two.
